General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcwex platform and all services offered under it. mcwex is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment gaming services including slots, live casino, and cricket betting.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on mcwex, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, phone number, and email address provided at registration must be real and your own.

3.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You should not allow anyone else access to your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the mcwex support team immediately.

3.4 Updating Your Information

If any of your registration details change (such as your phone number or email), please update them in your account profile immediately or notify the support team.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in certain cases, it may take longer due to identity verification or security review.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Your account verification must be complete before you can submit a withdrawal request. mcwex reserves the right to reject or delay any withdrawal request if there is suspicion of unusual activity or a policy violation.

4.5 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not currently available.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 15 times, and it applies only to the bonus amount (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• If a bonus is not used within the specified period after it is awarded, it may be automatically cancelled.
• While one bonus offer is active, another bonus offer cannot be used at the same time.
• mcwex reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained as a result of any system error or misuse.
• Completed age verification is required to participate in bonus activities.

5.4 Promotion Changes

mcwex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Promotional offers come with a specific time limit and cannot be claimed after that period has passed.

VIP Program and Rewards

The mcwex VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at mcwex's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwex platform:

7.1 Fraud and Misuse

• Creating an account under a false identity.
• Exploiting system errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

• Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of earning bonus benefits.
• Attempting to meet bonus conditions through collusion with others.

7.3 Technical Misuse

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other automation software.
• Attempting unauthorized access to mcwex servers.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

In the event of any of the above violations, mcwex reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

Gaming Security and Fair Play
